Get Active with Your Peers

Winthrop offers a variety of classes, club sports and intramural sports for students of all fitness levels. Sign up for free Group Fitness classes like R&B Deep Stretch Yoga, Cardio & Tone and Zumba at the West Center; participate in one of our 30+ intramural sports leagues and tournaments including basketball, pickleball and cornhole; or join a club sport to connect with other students interested in sports like fencing, horseback riding and rock climbing.
