A maximum of 4 independent organizations tabling at one time, requires a space reservation.
Campus Center tablecloths are provided for independent groups tabling in the lobby.
Special events/fairs are allowed as well but will require a campus or academic department
as the sponsoring group.
Thirty (30) tables is the maximum number that can fit in the lobby for a special event
