Dr. Cara Peters is the Chair of Management & Marketing and Professor of Marketing at Winthrop University. She holds a BA in Management from Luther College, and an MBA and PhD in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. Dr. Peters has taught Principles of Marketing, Marketing Communication, E-commerce, Marketing Strategy, Qualitative Market Research, and Personal Selling. Dr. Peters has published in numerous conference proceedings and peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Consumer Psychology, Consumption, Markets, and Culture, and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. She has served as the Associate Editor for the Journal of Case Studies and currently serves on the Board for the Society for Case Research.
