Everyone experiences problems, and we often encounter situations where our usual way
of handling them no longer works. Students sometimes reach a point where they feel
unable to find solutions on their own. Being upset and experiencing painful feelings
are normal reactions to intense or stressful events; they are also a part of a student's

talk about their concerns, and seek guidance for their continued well-being and emotional
