David Hodges is currently an adjunct professor of trumpet at Wingate University. He also plays with the Union Symphony Orchestra in Monroe, NC. He is on the instructional staff at Northwestern High School where he teachs sectionals and private lessons. Additionally, he is the director of music at Philadelphia United Methodist Church in Fort Mill where he directs the chancel choir, as well as adult and beginner handbells.
David is currently working on a method book for young trumpters that includes progressive etudes in every major key.
