The Music Library resources are available for loan to anyone with a valid Winthrop ID. Its collections include scores, recordings, and videos of classical music and jazz as well as reference works and other materials for the study of music theory and history. In-house facilities for listening and viewing are available.
Additional titles and resources are available through the Dacus Library. Use OneSearch, the library’s discovery service, to find books, articles, and other materials in the Music Library, the Dacus Library, and in other PASCAL libraries in South Carolina.
The Dacus Library subscribes to several music databases, including Naxos, RILM, and Oxford Music Online.

Some materials, such as titles found in the Music Education collection, may not be available for circulation.
Listening and Score Reserves for courses in music are maintained in the Music Library. Contents of these reserves may be found in OneSearch under Professor or Course Name from Textbooks & Reserves. Professional references services are available, with the schedule found here.
