ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA - Now's the time to do some spring cleaning! The Department of Residence Life at Winthrop University is here to motivate you for the job with its seventh annual WUCycle event.
Bring your gently used items-such as clothes, kitchen gadgets, movies, books, etc.-to
the Student Activity Center on Friday, April 8, starting at 8 a.m. All items must be in working condition.
Then from noon-5 p.m., you can browse and take home any items you need, free of charge.
You don't have to donate something to take something.
Items not taken by 5 p.m. will be donated to the Rock Hill Dream Center, a local non-profit
organization.
Prohibited items for donation include: alcohol, weapons, live animals, perishable
food, undergarments, broken items, open cans of house paint, pornography, hazardous
substances and drugs, which includes medicines and vitamins.
