At Winthrop, the Graduate School will host:
Monday, Feb. 12
Regalia Day
Winthrop faculty and staff who hold graduate degrees will wear their academic regalia
to kick off Graduate Education Week.
Tuesday, Feb. 13
Panel Discussion: Why Graduate Education Matters
11 a.m., Dina's Place
Hear from Winthrop faculty and staff to learn about the importance of graduate education
and how it can impact your life and your community. This is an approved cultural event.
Tuesday, Feb. 13
Open House and Academic Showcase
5:30-7 p.m., Richardson Ballroom
Prospective graduate students can meet faculty and students, and explore the many
graduate degrees offered at Winthrop. See examples of student work and learn about
the admissions process and financial assistance. Details and registration on Eventbrite.
Thursday, Feb. 15
M.F.A. Studio Tour
5-6 p.m., Lewandowski Gallery in McLaurin Hall
View works by talented Master of Fine Arts students. The M.F.A. student studios will
be open to the public to tour and see works in progress.
