In another effort to help us assess where we are on important university issues, I am pleased to announce that on Oct. 16, we will launch the “Let Your Voice Be Heard” employee engagement survey. The survey will run through Oct. 27.
The objectives of the survey are to gather the views of employees and provide a roadmap to help us achieve high levels of employee satisfaction and performance and drive institutional results. The feedback we will gather from this survey will help us understand how you feel about the university and your job and where improvements may be made.
The last time Winthrop undertook an employee satisfaction survey was in 2018.
Korn Ferry, a global firm that specializes in human resources management, is assisting us with this effort. On Oct. 16, you will receive an email from Korn Ferry asking you to participate in the survey. Survey results will be shared with the campus community once Korn Ferry has had an opportunity to analyze the data and provide results to us (likely after we return from the December holiday break.). We will then work together to determine how we can best use this information to move Winthrop forward.
