Dear Campus Community,
I am excited to share with you more details on the Campus Master Plan and the process that will help us arrive at a future roadmap for our physical campus. You are invited to attend an informal open house on the Community Concourse between DiGs and the West Center on Tuesday, September 28. Please stop by any time between 1:30 and 5 p.m. This is your first opportunity to engage with the planning team and share your input.
Representatives will be there to:
· Share details about the planning process, and how you can get involved through surveys or focus groups
· Hear about your experiences on campus -- What do you think is the heart of campus? What would make the campus more welcoming?
· Talk about your ideas for the future -- If you could make one big change on campus, what would it be?
In case of inclement weather, the session will be hosted in DiGs Lobby.
I want to thank the Campus Master Plan Steering Committee, led by Chris Johnson and Kimberly Faust, for all its work to date. I hope you feel my excitement at all the possibilities the Campus Master Plan will identify to inform Winthrop’s future. Please share your ideas and experiences to make this process the very best it can be!
