Housing upper-class students and a portion of students admitted to the Winthrop Honors College, The Courtyard at Winthrop offers deluxe suites with two or four private bedrooms within close proximity to the DiGiorgio Campus Center and West Center. Each deluxe suite includes a washer, dryer, common area and kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The Courtyard at Winthrop is home to the Honors Center and has a central courtyard area.
