Service Desk Request Form

Use this form to request assistance in technology matters from the Service Desk.  If possible, please email your requests directly to servicedesk@winthrop.edu.  But, if you do not have access to email, please use the form below.  Please note that you can also reach the Service Desk by dialing 803/323-2400.

If you do not need assistance and want to provide comments, complaints, suggestions, or other feedback related to a Winthrop University Information Technology service or laboratory, please use the Information Technology Comments, Complaints & Suggestions form.

Please note that comments submitted with a name and e-mail address will be handled with higher priority than anonymous comments.
