Welcome to the Department of Counseling, Leadership, and Educational Studies. Our department prepares candidates to meet the needs of 21st Century learners, families, and clients through degree programs offered at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both teacher education and non-licensure degree programs. The Department of Counseling, Leadership, and Educational Studies has over 550 students enrolled in its undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Middle Level Education, and Special Education (that includes three areas of certification). The department also offers Master of Education degrees in Counseling and Development, Educational Leadership, Special Education Intervention, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership.
