Safety is an integral component of all OEC experiences. All decisions must be made with safety as a primary concern. To ensure that a safe environment is maintained, facilitators are required to establish concepts of good judgment among the participants and provide constant supervision. The safety and well-being of program participants is our primary concern. When conducting activities which require specific safety measures, participants will be taught all safety-related practices and techniques prior to the start of the activity.
