Winthrop University Galleries, located in Rock Hill, S.C., presents up to 18 professional, faculty, and student exhibitions annually and offers accompanying educational programs, visiting artists, and opening receptions to inspire and enrich the lives of Winthrop students, faculty, staff, and regional audiences. Exhibitions and events are always free and open to the public. There are three galleries in two buildings; the Rutledge and Elizabeth Dunlap Patrick Galleries in Rutledge Building and Lewandowski Gallery in McLaurin Hall.

Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
*Closed for university holidays and during installation.
Parking for the Winthrop University Galleries are designated by the green painted parking spots in front of Tillman Hall, McLaurin Hall or Rutledge Building.
Visitors must register their vehicle with the University Police to recieve a Visitor parking pass if they are visiting within the hours of:
Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Visitors do not need a pass outside of these hours.
Everyone parking on campus needs to have a permit. Visitor permits are free and can be obtained at the Winthrop University Police Department. Visitor parking permits are available 24/7 from the Winthrop University Police Department. Visitors can park in certain spaces on campus. Please refer to the parking map for the designated visitor spaces.

Take Exit 82-B and follow the directional signs toward Rock Hill. At the third traffic light, turn left onto U.S. 21 Bypass. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Eden Terrace. (Note: The Winthrop Coliseum is located on Eden Terrace, approximately 1.5 miles from U.S. 21 Bypass.) Eden Terrace ends at the main entrance to the campus (approximately 2.5 miles from U.S. 21 Bypass.) Enter the campus and turn left onto Memorial Circle.

In Charlotte, N.C., take I-77 south to Rock Hill. Follow southbound I-77 directions above.
Proceed to Exit 102 (Earl). Turn right onto SC Highway 198 which becomes S.C. Highway 5. Follow Highway 5 to Rock Hill. In Rock Hill, turn left onto Cherry Road (S.C. 322). Travel .8 miles to Oakland Avenue. Turn right onto Oakland Avenue, and turn right at the first traffic light. Turn left onto Memorial Circle.
Park in front of Tillman Hall (the clock tower).
Follow Billy Graham Parkway to I-77 south. Follow southbound I-77 directions above.
Turn left onto S.C. Route 901 (Heckle Bypass). Proceed to S.C. 322 (Cherry Road); turn right and travel approximately 2 miles to Oakland Avenue. Turn right on Oakland Avenue, and turn right at the first traffic light. Turn left onto Memorial Circle and park in front of Tillman Hall (the clock tower).
