*As part of my recent request to Winthrop University for information pursuant to the S. C. Freedom of Information Act, I agree and warrant, as the requesting party and on behalf of the requesting entity (if any), that: (1) any and all information provided by Winthrop in response to this request will not be used, directly or indirectly, for commercial solicitation purposes and/or in violation of the South Carolina Family Privacy Protection Act of 2002 (S.C. Code section 30-2-10, et seq.), which prohibits persons and entities from using any personal information obtained from Winthrop University for commercial solicitation purposes as defined by the Act, and (2) the requesting party is not making this request for the purpose of selling or transmitting all or any part of information provided by Winthrop to another person or entity which will or may use the information for the purpose of commercial solicitation.
