ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA – The Graduate School at Winthrop University will hold an Open House on April 20 as part of Graduate Education Week.

Those interested in pursuing a graduate degree in business, education, and the arts and sciences are encouraged to attend the drop in from 5:30-7 p.m. in McBryde Hall. Current students, faculty and graduate school directors will be on hand to answer questions, along with staff members to talk about the admissions process and financial assistance options.

Organizers said the Open House is an important first step in learning about what is needed to apply to one of the many graduate programs offered at Winthrop.

Those attending also will be able to view the Elizabeth Hope Reed Fellows’ posters in the adjoining Tuttle Dining Room. The fellows associated with that program are focused on community service as one of the main parts of their scholarship.

Light refreshments will be provided by Sodexo. Participants can RSVP at this link but it is not required for entry.
