On behalf of divisional leaders and myself, thank you to those who attended the Sept. 5 strategic planning town hall. I hope everyone who attended left with a clear, and positive, mindset of where Winthrop is headed with our strategic plan, Winthrop: United in Excellence. Work on the 12 first-phase initiatives is underway, and I am excited for what the next 12-18 months holds as these initiatives progress.
For those who may not have been able to attend the town hall, you may view the recorded session and the 12 initiatives here. Questions about the plan or specific initiatives may be directed to the appropriate vice president or brought forward through the respective governance channel (faculty conference/staff conference/CSL).
