Winthrop student identification cards are issued by the Technology Services Office in 1 McBryde Hall upon a student's initial enrollment. The first ID card is free; replacement ID cards are $10 each. All students are required to have an identification card. ID cards are non-transferable and must be presented to appropriate university officials upon request.
The Technology Services Office, located in room 1 of McBryde Hall, is open Monday through Thursday 9:00 am until
7:00 pm, Fridays until 3:00 pm, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm so students,
faculty, and staff can turn in ID requests, account applications and Scantron requests.
During the summer schedule, the Technology Services Office is open Monday through
Thursday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and Fridays until 12:00 pm.
