The Winthrop Alumni Admissions Volunteer Program (W.A.A.V. Program) is a partnership between the Office of Admissions and the Winthrop Alumni Association that provides unique opportunities for alumni to give back to Winthrop in hopes of recruiting the next generation of Winthrop Eagles. Alumni volunteers have the opportunity to serve their institution through college fairs, community events, on-campus events and a plethora of other opportunities to share their stories and continue the legacy.
The tradition of service at Winthrop is something alumni volunteers value and work to preserve. Hundreds of alumni contribute time and talent to help further the university’s mission while recruiting students to this amazing institution. It is our goal to recruit exceptional students to Winthrop University, and we need your help to make that happen.
