The Alumni Association marked the Class of 2024's final days as Winthrop students with our inaugural Senior Week! Monday, April 29 - Thursday, May 2, graduates attended a variety of events where we honored their accomplishments, commemorated their time at Winthrop, aided in their transition from student to alumnus and connected them to the Alumni Association. We were excited to launch the class gift campaign for the Class of 2024. Students
could give any amount, to any fund to be considered a student donor and gain access to our two student donor exclusive
events: the Paint n' Sip Brunch and Champagne Toast to the Class of 2024.
Although any gift amount qualified them as a donor, members of the Class of 2024 who donated $24 to commemorate their class year also received a donor medal to wear at Commencement and a T-shirt to wear at the 2.024 Grad Dash!
We are proud to share that 62 donors from the Class of 2024 raised $1,561 to support future generations of Eagles. Thank you to these graduates for your generous contribution!
Registration is required to attend all Senior Week events. Registration closed on Friday, April 19.
Monday, April 29 | 9 – 10:30 a.m. & 2 – 3:30 p.m. | Morgan-Holcombe Alumni Center at the Stewart House
Whether you're headed into graduate school or your career, headshots are a must! The Class of 2024 will have access to professional headshots photographed and edited by the Professional Photography Group. The Center for Career Development and Internships will be there to give you tips on using your headshot and answer any questions you still have about entering the professional world. Choose a time that works best for your schedule!

Stacey Adams, Financial Education Manager with Founders Federal Credit Union, will lead a discussion on tips for budgeting, investing, paying off loans and other ways to make the most out of your earnings as a young professional. Lunch is included!

Join us for brunch, coffee, mimosas and art class! Carolina Creative Expressions will lead us in painting a Winthrop memento designed by Class of 2024 member, Autumn Jackson, to take with you to your next chapter.

Wednesday, May 1 | 4 p.m. | President's House
President Serna ’02 will lead us in a toast to your accomplishments! The Class of 2024's class gift will be presented on a giant check and student donors who have donated $24 will receive their donor medal to wear at Commencement. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Each participant will receive one complimentary glass of champagne.
Thursday, May 2 | 9 a.m. | DiGiorgio Campus Center Plaza (and around campus)
It's the final stretch before Commencement! Take a celebratory lap around our 2.024 mile course as faculty and staff cheer you on. The Grad Dash ends with the Grad Dash Bash on the DiGiorgio Campus Center concourse with music, games, popsicles and drinks.
While all seniors may participate in Grad Dash, student donors who have given a minimum of $24 will receive a Grad Dash T-shirt upon checking in.
