Members of the campus community were invited to an April 20, 2021, poster session on the Community Concourse to engage with the planning team and share input. See photos from the session.
Representatives were there to:
· Share preliminary ideas about proposed future changes to the campus, including new buildings, additions and/or renovations to existing buildings, and landscape enhancements.
· Seek feedback from the campus community on which projects/proposals will have the greatest impact to the campus. This feedback will help inform the prioritization of the different elements of the plan.
We were pleased to note that the Campus Master Plan survey in November 2021 provided approximately 1,400 responses to our partners. Thank you to the faculty, staff, students, alumni and others who cared enough about Winthrop and its future to complete the survey!
We had a good turnout for the informal open house on the Community Concourse that was held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. See photos from the open house.
Focus groups (virtual meetings over Zoom) in fall 2021 included an invited mix of 10-15 students, faculty and staff with diverse perspectives about specific topics.
