The Bachelor of Social Work degree requires a full-semester internship during the student's last semester in the program. The internship follows completion of all social work intervention course work. During the internship, the student spends a minimum of 450 hours working in a community social work setting with professional social work practicum / field supervision. Internships are available at a variety of locations throughout the region.
