Local (RIAs) on the Schwab platform will be used to establish a mentorship program for students in their second, third, and fourth years of study. We aim to organize an event for the mentors and mentees in the program at least once a year.
The program provides scholarships up to $2,000 for selected students each academic year. Additionally, the program will award $4,000 annually to the top four students from each academic classification.
Such as camping, game nights, escape room, skating, movie nights.
Such as cohort classes, special tutoring and study hall (required for some).
Able to live in the same dorms, rooms and areas as other students in the program.
SPFP students will take all or most of their business and financial planning classes together to build consistent study groups and learn together.
The program provides funding for travel for up to two professional financial planning conferences for SPFP students to stay current with the standards in the field, gain insights to the latest regulatory changes, remain current with the latest technological advancements, and to build their professional network.
