The Charles Schwab Foundation Financial Planning Development Program seeks exceptional students who are interested
in careers as a Registered Investments Adviser within Financial Planning. The program
will provide students a pipeline to Financial Planning firms as well as resources
to be successful both in and out of the classroom.
The program is designed to assist first generation college students from low-income
families and underrepresented minority groups to pursue careers in financial planning,
financial advising, or wealth management by providing mentorship, scholarships, professional
development, research experiences, graduate admissions support, funding for attending
professional conferences, and more.
