Jane Rawls has been an administrative specialist for the College of Education, Sport, and Human Sciences Dean’s Office since 2000. Prior to coming to Winthrop, Jane worked in the Richland County School District in Columbia, SC. Born and raised in Rock Hill, Jane moved away from the area for 25 years. Returning to Rock Hill has been a blessing for her, and she now lives within 10 miles of three of her four brothers (the fourth lives overseas). Family times are always fun and gregarious, and Jane would have it no other way. Reading, watching football, event planning, and baking are activities she enjoys, and she likes to try out new recipes on co-workers and family. Five grandchildren round out her life, and time spent with them is precious in any way she can see them.
