Emerii College is a self-governing organization under the auspices of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost of Winthrop University. It is administrated by the Emeriti College Executive Board who are selected by the members of the Emeriti College.
Officers of the Board include Chair, Immediate Past Chair, Vice-Chair/Chair Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chair of the Outreach Committee. Various committees report to the officers of the board. Membership in committees is open to all qualified members. Committees include Governance and Membership, Finance, Program, and Outreach.
The election of officers will be held each spring as determined by the board.
