Whether your goal is to become a Registered Dietitian, Dietetic Technician, Food Service Manager, or another nutrition-focused career (PDF - 180KB), our Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) will provide you with the hands-on, experiential training you need to succeed.

Not that you need another reason – but Winthrop Human Nutrition graduates are in high demand. 100% of students from our program who applied for Dietetic Internships were matched for the 2024-2025 academic year. 

We end up loving our students, and so we want to do whatever we can to encourage them to complete their dietetics training with us! All students who matriculate through Winthrop’s DPD Program are also eligible to apply for the Winthrop MS/DI through an early acceptance preselect process. This process allows students to apply to Winthrop’s MS/DI four months early!
