Conference Description: The Leadership Institute for First-Timers (L.I.F.T), is a one-day student leadership conference developed to provide new and continuing student leaders at Winthrop University with tools to equip them as on-campus leaders. This conference enables students to connect with one another, gain leadership skills, and learn more about themselves. The sessions are led by current students, as well as faculty, staff and alumni.
