Becky Ross is the Director of the Center for Career Development & Internships. She has a master's degree in College Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's in Psychology from Penn State. Becky joined the Winthrop community in January 2024, bringing years of experience in higher education career services working with a diverse array of undergraduates, graduate students, alumni, faculty, staff, parents & families, and employers. Over the course of her career, she has also worked at Bryn Mawr College, West Chester University of PA, Drexel University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and University of Florida. Becky is an avid movie-goer, enjoys nature walks and botanical gardens, and frequently visits antique and flea markets. Her immediate family – including mother, sister, nephews and niece – are longtime Rock Hill residents, so she’s thrilled to be living in the same town.
