We host career fairs each Fall and Spring. These events are open to all students and alumni and are excellent opportunities to identify prospective talent for your organization.

Hosting a tabling event is a great way to increase your campus presence and recruit students for your internships and part-time/seasonal roles. Tabling requests can be made in Handshake (Handshake > Events > Create an Event). Tables are free but must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
Tuesdays/Thursdays, between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
When creating the event, list 'Recruiting Table' as the event name and include a brief description of the roles for which you are recruiting (see example). The CDI will contact you upon approval.
Virtual and in-person information sessions connect you with motivated students who are interested in learning more about your organization and opportunities. We will promote your event through Handshake and our other communication channels. Presentation requests must be made in in Handshake (Handshake > Events > Request Event > Event Name: Information Session). Please give us at least two weeks to properly market your session.
Recommended Days and Times:
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Wednesdays, 5-6 p.m.
We encourage you to host site visits so students can learn about your organization and the various departments and roles within it. If your organization is interested in hosting a site visit/career trek for our students, please e-mail szemanm@winthrop.edu.
We invite employers to participate in our resume review sessions and mock interviews! This is a great way to engage with our students and increase your organization's campus presense and visibility. If you or your organization is interested in participating, please e-mail szemanm@winthrop.edu.
