The Center for Career Development and Internships (CDI) at Winthrop University annually surveys graduating undergraduate students to provide a snapshot of their post-graduation plans. Students are surveyed the week prior to graduation, with data collection open for several weeks; responses to this survey are used to determine the Response Rate. Additional information is then collected via LinkedIn and other sources; this information combined with Response Rate information is used to determine the overall Knowledge Rate. Class Year follows NACE standards and runs on the academic year from July 1 through June 30 the follow year. For more information on First Destination Survey standards, guidelines, and protocols, visit NACE's website.
