As we align with the overall strategic plan, the Division of Human Resources, Employee Diversity and Wellness provides a positive Human Resources experience for applicants and employees and serves as a strategic business partner for Winthrop to recruit, develop, support, train, and retain a faculty and staff who are key to the reputation and success of the institution.
To that end, the Division of Human Resources, Employee Diversity and Wellness will develop, maintain, communicate, and follow policies and strategies to advance a diverse and inclusive workforce, a collegial and satisfying work environment, fair and equitable pay practices, employment-related compliance and leadership, and the health and wellness of employees by providing the benefits and other resources necessary in a competitive workplace.
